A Quiet Moment, Captured in Clay

There’s a certain stillness at twilight—the hush before nightfall, the shimmer of light over water. That feeling inspired the Moonwake Collection, a series of handcrafted ceramic vases and lidded jars designed to bring calm and natural beauty into your home.

Each piece is thrown on the wheel in my Cheadle studio using stoneware clay, then glazed in a palette of layered blues. Some finishes evoke pale, icy glints of glacier water. Others deepen into glossy, inky blues that echo moonlit tides. No two pieces are exactly alike, and that’s the beauty of them.

Whether you’re styling a few stems on a windowsill or tucking away keepsakes in a softly lidded jar, the Moonwake Collection is made to be used and enjoyed every day. These ceramics work well in restful spaces—bedrooms, reading nooks, or anywhere you want a moment of stillness.

Perfect as gifts or for your own sanctuary, the vases range from 14–18 cm tall, while the jars are ideal for tea, jewellery, or small treasures. Their smooth finishes and clean shapes make them easy to pair with any decor style—from minimal to coastal to cosy cottagecore.

All pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, though I recommend handwashing to keep them looking their best.
