I gladly accept returns and exchanges

If you would like to return your purchase please contact Lindy Garner Ceramics within 3 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery.

Lost in transit

If an order has not arrived, please allow 12 days from shipping date. We will then be able to process this as a missing item. For International, we need to allow 35 working days from the date of dispatch.

If an order is dispatched with a courier it will be fully tracked and you should contact Customer Service as soon as you believe it may have gone missing in transit.

For all orders, regardless of delivery method, you must report missing items to us within 30-days of the date of dispatch.

Incorrect Address 

You are responsible for entering your full postal address correctly, and selecting it on each order. Lindy Garner Ceramics takes no responsibility for missing items that have been sent to an incorrect, old or inaccurate address.

Custom Orders

Because of the nature of custom items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for custom or personalised orders.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


If your item arrives damaged please contact me with a photo of the item within 3 days of its arrival and I will exchange it for a similar item of equal value.
