Whether it’s filled with creamy porridge on a quiet morning, soup on a cold evening or shared around the table with friends, this Moorland Stoneware Bowl is designed to become part of your everyday rituals.
Each bowl is individually wheel-thrown in my studio in Cheadle, Cheshire before being carefully trimmed, glazed and high-fired. The generous shape makes it wonderfully versatile – equally suited to breakfast, salads, desserts or simply sitting beautifully on an open shelf between meals.
Inspired by the changing colours of Britain’s moorlands, the Moorland glaze layers soft greens, weathered browns and warm cream tones. As the glazes melt together in the kiln they create movement, depth and occasional metallic flashes, ensuring every bowl develops its own unique landscape.
Made to be used and enjoyed every day, this is a bowl you’ll find yourself reaching for again and again.
