Lightweight handmade porcelain earrings

These handcrafted porcelain earrings are individually made in my Cheadle studio, creating a lightweight and distinctive piece of jewellery that is easy to wear throughout the day.

Each porcelain element is formed, refined and decorated by hand before being carefully fired in the kiln. This pair features a textured mini teardrop design and finished with a silver filled squared hoops

The porcelain has a delicate appearance but is fired to create a strong ceramic finish suitable for everyday wear. Because each component is handmade, the shapes, markings and surface details may vary slightly. These small differences are part of the character of the earrings and mean that no two pairs are completely identical.

The textured and glossy porcelain contrasts beautifully with the gold filled fittings. Their understated size makes them easy to pair with casual outfits while still adding an individual, handmade detail. Please note that ceramic jewellery should be handled with care. Although the porcelain is kiln-fired, it may chip or break if dropped onto a hard surface. Remove the earrings before sleeping, showering or swimming, and store them separately from heavier jewellery.
